Delivery & Returns
We are currently offering free delivery on all order within the UK mainland.
Other destinations can be catered for but please contact us for a quotation.
We always use reputable carriers and you will be advised of the method of shipment by email when your goods are ready for dispatch.
We always endeavour to dispatch your order at the earliest opportunity and items that are held in stock will normally be shipped for next day delivery.
If an item is out of stock and will not be available in an acceptable time frame we will contact you to see if you wish to re select or cancel your order.
We will not send out part orders without your prior agreement.
Ios Lighting on line is covered by the Distance Selling Regulations which means you can buy with confidence and your rights for the return of products is protected by law.
Returns normally occur for two reasons,faulty/broken goods or the item delivered does not meet your expectations. Either way there is a procedure to follow.
We do inspect all goods before despatch and will add extra packaging if thought neccesary. However in the unlikely event of a problem please follow the procedures below.
1. If a delivery box arrives damaged please ensure you mark this as so on the delivery note as the responsibility for the contents hands over to the customer at this point.
2.Inspect all items as soon as possible on receipt and advise us either by phone on 01604 717315 or by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org of any problems.
3.You do have a 7 day window to report a problem but after that time we cannot be held responsible.
4.If you have a broken component, ie a piece of glass or a crystal dropper, then we will send out a replacement part asap not a complete new fitting.
5.If the fitting is broken then you have the right either to request a replacement or a full refund .We will arrange delivery of the replacement and collection of the original at no cost to yourself.
6.Please retain all original packaging complete with all components and instructions.
7.Once we are aware of the problem and are clear as to which way you want to proceed then we will set things in motion to resolve all issues at the earliest opportunity hopefully to your full satisfaction.
In the event of you ordering an item that does not meet up to expectations then you have the right to return it within 28 days again as covered by the Distance Selling Regulations.The procedure is essentially the same but the responsiblity for return lies with the customer.

2.You do have a 28 day window in which to return an item.
3.Please retain all original packaging complete with all components and instructions as a refund will only be given if the item is in resaleable condition.
4.We will issue a goods return number that should be marked on the outer packaging only.
5. The responsibilty and costs in returning an item lie with the customer although we can offer some help in this regard via our carrier companies (again just give us a ring).
6.Please note that a refund cannot be given if the item has been fitted,modified or has been used.
7.If all is in order then we will issue a full refund including any original carriage charge.
Please note we will not be responsible in any way for costs incurred via electricians or other trades if an item is found to be faulty.
We will not be liable for any costs incurred through time lost waiting for a delivery or inconvenience caused.
All our light fittings (excluding bulbs) come with a 12 month warrenty. If a fault should occur we will either repair or replace the faulty item.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
